About Us • CoolBlueVA is a healthcare virtual assistant company supporting medical professionals across the U.S. We’re expanding our team and looking for experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented Virtual Medical Assistants. • Role Overview • As an Insurance Specialist , you will support healthcare providers by handling critical insurance-related processes. Your role will involve verifying patient insurance eligibility, managing referrals, and ensuring accurate and timely claims processing. You will play a key part in streamlining workflows and helping clinics deliver efficient patient care. Qualifications • At least six (6) months to 1 year relevant experience in medical insurance processes • Excellent English communication and phone skills • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask • Comfortable with graveyard shift (11 PM – 8 AM PHT) • Able to work independently in a remote setting • Willing to undergo 3-week Paid Training Program • Must have complete technical requirements • Technical Requirements • For Windows: Intel i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 or higher / Windows 11 (recommended) • For Mac: Apple Silicon (M1, M2, M3) or Intel-based Mac equivalent / macOS Ventura 13 (for MacBook/Mac users) • RAM: Minimum 8GB • Must have a backup device (Same specs with main) • Dual monitors required • Reliable primary and backup internet connection with at least 50mbps speed • Power backup (UPS, generator, or backup laptop) • 📌 Important Note • We prioritize applicants who are ready to onboard immediately without full-time commitments .
