Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic Brand and Account Manager to join our team. This role will focus on maintaining our brand presence across social media platforms, developing branding strategies, managing campaigns on Meta and TikTok, and leveraging analytics to optimize our content planning and conceptualization. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a passion for building brand identity and engaging with our audience. Key Responsibilities Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the brand’s identity and voice across all social media platforms. Strategy Development: Create and implement effective branding strategies that align with business goals and target audiences. Content Planning: Develop, schedule, and manage a comprehensive content calendar that reflects brand messaging and engages followers. Shoot Plans: Create and manage detailed shoot plans for photo and video content, including location scouting, scheduling, and coordinating with talent and crew. Ads Management: Manage advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and ad campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Engagement: Foster community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and creative teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging. Trend Analysis: Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our brand relevant. Willing or has experience on using AI platforms. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in brand management, social media marketing, and ads management on Meta and TikTok. Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and ad performance metrics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize engaging content. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. What We Offer: Competitive salary package.
