We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Enginee r who wants more than just another development role. This is a high-autonomy position where you'll have real influence over how products are designed, built, and scaled. You'll work across web, mobile, desktop, and browser applications while helping transform prototypes and AI-generated applications into production-grade systems that can scale reliably. If you're the type of engineer who enjoys digging into messy code, improving architecture, making technical decisions, and owning features end-to-end, we'd love to speak with you. What You'll Work On • React Native mobile applications used by real customers • Full-stack web applications using React, Node.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL • Desktop applications and Chrome extensions • AI-generated and prototype applications that need to be hardened for production • System architecture, testing strategies, and engineering standards What You'll Do • Own features from concept to deployment • Design, build, test, and release production-ready software • Refactor and improve existing codebases • Debug and maintain AI-generated applications • Improve scalability, maintainability, and performance • Create technical documentation and design decisions • Collaborate with globally distributed teams What We're Looking For Required Experience • 5\+ years of Full-Stack Engineering experience • Strong React development experience • Strong Node.js and TypeScript experience • Strong PostgreSQL experience • Production React Native experience with shipped applications • Experience maintaining and improving code written by others • Strong testing, code quality, and software architecture practices • Excellent written English communication skills • Experience owning projects from requirements through deployment Nice to Have • Go (Golang) • Chrome Extension Development • AWS or GCP • GitHub Actions / CI/CD • Experience working with AI-generated applications Why Join Doneverse • Permanent work from home • Competitive compensation package • High-autonomy engineering environment • Work with global products and clients • HMO upon regularization • Paid time off • Opportunity to influence technical direction and architecture If you're looking for a role where engineering judgment matters and ownership is expected, we'd love to hear from you.
