Sitecore Developer .NET developer specializing in Sitecore website development and delivery across traditional XP and headless XM Cloud. Builds and implements Sitecore solutions to the architecture and standards set by the technical lead, contributing to large scale, high traffic website projects. Responsibilities Develop and implement Sitecore solutions across XP and XM Cloud, following the solution structure and integration approach set by the architect Apply Helix principles for modular, maintainable Sitecore code Build scalable, maintainable solutions for high traffic environments, with attention to caching and delivery performance For XM Cloud: build headless delivery with a Next.js front end using the Sitecore JavaScript Rendering SDK (JSS), pulling content from the Experience Edge GraphQL API, and develop with headless SXA (Sitecore Experience Accelerator) For XP: develop and extend platform functionality using the .NET stack and the traditional MVC and rendering model, and support the CM and CD role setup Model content using templates, data sources, renderings, and placeholders Build third party integrations with enterprise systems (CRM, marketing, analytics) via REST and GraphQL Support the delivery lifecycle: serialization (Sitecore Content Serialization or Unicorn), deployments, and content synchronization across dev, staging, and production Support CI/CD workflows and platform, module, and security updates Contribute to migration and modernization from XP to XM Cloud where the project calls for it Follow coding standards, WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, and enterprise security protocols Use AI-assisted development tooling such as Claude Code, Copilot, or Cursor, reviewing and correcting output Collaborate with UI/UX designers and the technical lead to deliver against the design intent Review and provide feedback on code through pull requests Qualifications 4+ years building websites on Sitecore Strong .NET (C\ ) development experience Solid knowledge of Sitecore architecture across XP and XM Cloud Experience with Sitecore headless: JSS, Next.js, Experience Edge GraphQL, and headless SXA Familiarity with Helix architecture principles Content modeling with templates, data sources, renderings, and placeholders Front end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) development experience desired Experience with traditional XP (MVC, xConnect/xDB) and headless XM Cloud architectures Serialization and deployment tooling (Sitecore Content Serialization or Unicorn), plus Git and CI/CD Database optimization and performance tuning Sitecore certification a plus Exposure to regulated environments (healthcare, life sciences, or similar) a plus Pay: From Php100,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
