Web & Creative Design Executive Concierge Full-Time | Remote Salary Range: To Be Discussed | Hiring Priority: Immediate We’re looking for a creative and proactive Web & Creative Design Executive Concierge to support an established U.S.-based client. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently work across Canva, WordPress, Wix, and digital design projects while independently turning ideas into polished, on-brand deliverables. What You’ll Be Responsible For Create and update professional Canva presentations and branded visual assets Update and improve websites in WordPress and Wix Build and modify webpages, landing pages, forms, buttons, and website content Improve layouts, typography, spacing, responsiveness, and visual consistency Review websites for broken links, outdated content, and formatting issues Manage multiple creative projects and revisions from request through completion What We’re Looking For Strong Canva and professional presentation design experience Hands-on experience with WordPress and Wix or similar website platforms Strong website design and visual design skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow established brand guidelines Strong communication, organization, and deadline-management skills Proactive, independent, and comfortable making creative recommendations Ability to manage multiple projects and implement feedback accurately Portfolio or relevant work samples required Bonus Points If You Have Video editing experience Experience with Elementor or other WordPress page builders Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or Descript Basic HTML/CSS, SEO, UX/UI, or landing-page design experience Why This Role Is Worth Considering 100% remote opportunity supporting an established U.S.-based client Variety of creative and website-focused projects Opportunity to combine design, technical execution, and independent thinking Long-term opportunity to become a trusted extension of the client’s team We’re actively reviewing applications and moving quickly with qualified candidates.
