Overview This is an Independent Consultant role based in the Philippines with a minimum contract duration of 6 months. The Consultant will support recruitment activities for Philippines-based roles, with a focus on scheduling, coordination, sourcing, and outreach, while ensuring smooth execution of the hiring process. The Consultant will primarily work within Philippines business hours and is expected to maintain availability for regular alignment and meetings with the global team. Project Overview The Global Talent Acquisition function supports hiring across regions by ensuring consistent hiring standards, strong candidate experience, and alignment with Rare’s global processes, while adapting to local market realities, including fast-growing hiring needs in the Philippines. Position Overview The Talent Acquisition Recruiter Consultant will support recruitment for Philippines-based roles and focus on coordination, scheduling, sourcing, and candidate management in a fast-paced environment. The consultant will work in close collaboration with the Global Talent Acquisition team and under the guidance of the Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition, supporting execution of hiring activities and ensuring process consistency. Essential Functions Recruitment Coordination Support end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple roles and locations Assist with intake meetings by documenting role requirements and expectations Promote job openings and conduct sourcing and outreach using LinkedIn and other relevant channels Maintain accurate candidate tracking and status updates Screening and Candidate Support Conduct initial candidate screenings based on defined criteria Coordinate candidate communication throughout the hiring process Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience Scheduling and Coordination Manage interview scheduling and coordination with hiring teams Coordinate interview panels with limited stakeholder availability Track interview progress and support timely follow-ups Help reduce delays and ensure smooth scheduling throughout the hiring process Stakeholder Support Support hiring managers by tracking timelines and sending reminders Follow up on interview feedback and hiring decisions Escalate coordination challenges to the Global Talent Acquisition team when needed Global Collaboration Collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition team on ongoing roles Follow established global hiring processes and guidelines Provide updates on recruitment progress and scheduling status Qualifications Experience supporting recruitment, HR processes, or coordination roles Proven full-cycle recruitment experience Experience with sourcing or outreach using LinkedIn or similar platforms Experience coordinating interviews or managing schedules is highly desirable Strong organizational and time management skills Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of equivalent experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word Fluency in English required Expressions of Interest Please email the following documents to: pcosta@rare.org by Monday, July 20th by close of business Eastern Standard Time.
