Remote USD $350–$700/month Base Pay + Uncapped Commission About The Role We are looking for a motivated B2B Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and relationship building. You will work with purchasing managers, buyers, engineers, and supply chain professionals, helping companies source electronic components and solve procurement challenges. This is a fully remote position with a monthly base salary plus uncapped commission. Responsibilities Make outbound cold calls and generate new business opportunities. Prospect through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels. Generate qualified RFQs and sales opportunities. Build relationships with purchasing and supply chain professionals. Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups. Work closely with sourcing and management teams. Manage opportunities from prospecting through order placement. Requirements 2+ years of B2B sales, cold calling, or business development experience. Excellent spoken and written English. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls. Experience using CRM systems, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Reliable computer, internet connection, and headset. Available to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time (EST).
