We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with a strong foundation in the construction industry. This role is crucial in supporting both sales and project management teams, with responsibilities including performing take-offs, creating detailed bills of materials, progress reporting, and contributing to overall project success. What Success Looks Like Assist in performing take-offs for pipework, ductwork, and fire protection systems. Support in conducting electrical cable containment and seismic bracing take-offs. Aid in estimating building services support for MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and fire protection trades. Help create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) for various projects. Support the sales team with basic data entry, documentation, and recording of call notes. Assist in compiling progress reports and project documentation. Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and project-related activities. Collaborate closely with senior team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of quantity surveying outputs. What You Bring At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Quantity Surveying, estimating, or a related field. Experience with Seismic bracing. Exposure to construction or engineering projects, preferably in MEP sectors . Working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets. Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, or Navisworks is preferred but not required (training can be provided). Eagerness to learn and grow in the QS field. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Proactive mindset with a willingness to take on new challenges. Nice-to-Have: Experience or coursework involving ASANA, Bluebeam, Procore, Aconex, or SolidWorks. Exposure to collaborative environments and working across multiple teams or disciplines.
