Pipeline Sales Analyst Remote | Night Shift Duties and Responsibilities: Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales and pipeline data. Partnering with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and ensure they are accurately entered into the pipeline. Monitoring and following up on sales opportunities throughout the sales process, from initial identification through closure utilizing Creatio and Sigma. Working proactively with sales representatives to maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity information, drive follow-up, and support pipeline progression. Preparing pipeline reports and presentations for sales teams and management, highlighting cases, sales stages, trends, opportunities, and areas requiring attention. Providing actionable insights and recommendations to guide sales teams and support business growth. Contributing to the development of sales plans and objectives. Sales forecasting: Collaborating with Sales Planning Manager and Demand Planning to predict future sales based on pipeline activity, historical data, and market trends. Participates actively with his/hers Participative Management Process Team. (Attending meetings, updating, or creating indicators, suggestions, team presentations, etc.) Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree At least 4 years of relevant work experience directly related to the role Experience or exposure in the FMCG and/or F&B industry Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Highly organized, self-motivated, efficient, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong written and verbal English communication skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with Sales teams Ability to prepare and present reports, business correspondence, and presentations Interested applicants may send their application at princess@accprointernational.com Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Years of experience as Sales Analyst Years of experience in the following ↬ F&B industry ↬ FMCG industry Work Location: Remote
