Job Description DRONE OPERATOR Role Overview The Drone Operator is responsible for conducting aerial site surveys of telecommunications tower sites using unmanned aerial systems (UAS/drones). The primary objective is to capture high-quality aerial data — including photos, structural measurements, and equipment documentation — to support the creation of Technical Site Survey Reports (TSSRs). This role replaces the traditional manual method of site surveying, significantly improving worker safety, reducing operational costs, and accelerating project delivery timelines. Key Responsibilities Operate commercial drones to survey and document telecom tower sites, capturing equipment types, tagging, interfaces, and site environments Fly in close proximity to tower structures (within 3–5 meters) while managing electromagnetic interference and GPS-denied conditions Consolidate and organize aerial data and photos for TSSR preparation Ensure full compliance with CAAP regulations, aviation laws, and local privacy codes governing commercial drone operations in the Philippines Maintain a clean flight safety record and accurate flight hour logs Minimum Qualifications Education High school diploma or equivalent (required) Bachelor's or Associate degree in Civil Engineering, ECE, Electronics, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, IT, or GIS (advantageous) Certifications (Mandatory) CAAP RPA Controller Certificate — commercial remote pilot license issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines Industrial Health \& Safety Certification — BOSH/COSH or equivalent local safety training Experience Documented flight hours with a clean safety record (zero incident reports) Proven experience flying in GPS-denied environments and near metallic/high-interference structures Pay: Php60,000\.00 - Php70,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
