What You'll Do Turn client briefs into bold, insight-driven concepts—fast. Generate ideas that are strategic, commercially viable, and impossible to ignore. Lead brainstorming sessions that challenge conventional thinking. Develop winning concepts for campaigns, activations, digital experiences, AI-powered content, immersive events, and emerging platforms. Build pitch presentations and creative narratives that help win new business. Work closely with Sales, Account Managers, Studios, Creatives, Activations, Content, and Game Development teams to bring ideas to life. Present concepts confidently to clients and inspire internal teams. Continuously explore emerging technologies, AI tools, cultural trends, and consumer behavior to stay ahead of what's next. Champion AI-first creative workflows that improve speed, quality, and innovation. Who You Are You're not just creative—you think differently. You thrive under pressure, move fast, and know how to transform vague client requests into ideas that exceed expectations. You combine strategy with imagination and understand that the best ideas aren't always the safest ones. You have: Proven experience in a creative agency, advertising, events, digital marketing, or a related industry. A portfolio of campaigns that demonstrate innovative thinking across digital, experiential, and content. Experience presenting and pitching ideas directly to clients and decision-makers. Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and communication skills. Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms as part of your creative process—not just as an experiment.
