About The Role Pool Pros is looking for an Implementation Specialist, Construction Operations to help build the systems that support our field teams from the ground up. In this remote contract role, you will create onboarding materials, SOPs, KPIs, and training content, then deliver that training live over video to help crews succeed in the field. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role with direct access to the owner, who reviews and approves each SOP before it goes live. The initial engagement is a 90-day project at 20 hours per week , with strong potential to continue part-time long term if it’s a great fit. What You'll Do Build a structured onboarding program for new field and office team members. Write clear SOPs that reflect how work is actually completed, from truck loading to job close-out. Define role-specific KPIs and help create a practical crew scorecard. Develop training modules for software, safety, field standards, and company processes. Deliver live remote training sessions over video and keep crews engaged. Follow up on training adoption, gather feedback, and refine materials as needed. Work directly with leadership to improve consistency, accountability, and execution across construction operations. Use technology and AI tools to build efficient, scalable training resources. What You'll Bring Construction background with hands-on field experience or construction office experience such as project coordination, estimating support, PM assistant, or site administration. Ability to train effectively in a remote setting and keep frontline teams engaged. Strong written and spoken English communication skills. Comfort using technology and learning new platforms quickly. Experience organizing information into clear, practical processes and training materials. Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote, part-time environment. Professional, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail. Nice to Have Experience with JobTread or similar construction software such as Buildertrend or Procore . Background in training, instructional design, HR operations, process improvement, or operations enablement. Experience working with field crews, trades teams, or construction service businesses. Familiarity with tools like PoolBrain or Workyard . Comfort using AI tools to speed up documentation, training development, or workflow improvements. What We Offer Competitive pay of $8.00 to $10.00 USD per hour. Part-time flexibility with a 20-hour weekly schedule and US Central Time overlap.
