This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy speaking with people, thrive in a high-volume environment, and are interested in building a career in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition. Responsibilities Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective candidates each day. Conduct initial qualification calls using established screening guidelines. Present available job opportunities and answer candidate questions. Schedule interviews for qualified applicants with recruiters and hiring managers. Update candidate records accurately within the CRM and applicant tracking system. Follow up with candidates to confirm interview availability and attendance. Achieve daily outreach, scheduling, and productivity targets. Support additional recruitment initiatives as assigned. Qualifications Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written. Strong phone etiquette and customer-focused communication. Reliable computer, mobile phone, primary and backup internet connection, and stable electricity. Ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining accuracy. Organized, dependable, and capable of working independently. Comfortable following structured workflows and scheduling processes.
