The kind of work you'd take on Managing a busy owner's inbox and calendar — triaging, replying, making sure nothing slips Being the first friendly point of contact for customer enquiries by phone and email Keeping websites accurate and current — content, pricing, seasonal updates Planning and creating social and marketing content that fits each brand's voice SEO work that actually moves search visibility Running checks so information stays consistent across every platform Supporting new projects and ventures — setup, documents, follow-ups Owning a project board so tasks, timelines and reporting stay clear Every business is different, so the exact mix shifts — but the through-line is always the same: keep the owner organised, keep the marketing moving, and keep the standard high.
