US Accounting Manager Hybrid \| Midshift Job Summary The US Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the accounting operations of US-based entities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP and internal policies. The role leads the month-end and year-end close processes, manages a team of accountants, and partners with key stakeholders across finance, tax, treasury, and audit functions to support business and regulatory requirements. Job Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including general ledger management and month-end/year-end close activities Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports for accuracy and completeness Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SOX requirements, and internal controls Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports Coordinate with external auditors and support audit requirements Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives Support statutory reporting, tax coordination, and regulatory compliance Lead, coach, and develop a team of accounting professionals Collaborate with FP\&A, Treasury, and other business units for financial insights and reporting needs Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred) 8–10\+ years of progressive accounting experience, with background in US accounting or multinational environment Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX compliance requirements Experience in general ledger, financial reporting, and month-end close processes Prior experience in team leadership or supervisory role Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Pay: Up to Php175,000\.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Muntinlupa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: US Accounting: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Muntinlupa
