Looking for a US-Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with Medical Billing experience to join our healthcare operations team. This position is ideal for an RN who has experience working with US healthcare billing, claims, medical records, insurance, and revenue cycle management . Key Responsibilities Review medical records and clinical documentation for billing accuracy Process and review US healthcare claims Verify patient, provider, and insurance information Review ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes Identify billing discrepancies and documentation issues Work on claim denials, rejections, and appeals Follow up with insurance companies and payer portals Assist with accounts receivable and outstanding claims Review medical necessity and supporting documentation Ensure billed services are supported by appropriate documentation Maintain accurate billing and patient records Follow HIPAA, confidentiality, and healthcare compliance requirements Communicate with US healthcare clients and internal teams Assist with quality assurance and process improvement Qualifications Active US Registered Nurse (RN) License – REQUIRED Nursing degree or related healthcare qualification 1+ year of US Medical Billing experience preferred Experience with US healthcare claims and insurance Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS Understanding of medical terminology and clinical documentation Experience with claim denials and appeals is an advantage Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and payer portals Strong English communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet productivity and quality requirements Willing to work US business hours / night shift , if required Preferred Experience Medical billing Revenue cycle management (RCM) Claims processing Denial management Medicare / Medicaid Commercial insurance Medical necessity review Prior authorization Home Health or Hospice billing Behavioral Health billing EVV systems HIPAA compliance BPO or healthcare outsourcing experience Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php55,357.75 per month Work Location: Remote
