Industry: Marketing Employment Type: Full-Time Work Setup: Work From Home Schedule Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM About The Role We are looking for a highly organized and creative Marketing Associate to support the marketing team across multiple brands, primarily tattoo studios. This role focuses on social media planning, content organization, quality control, and team coordination . The Marketing Associate will be responsible for planning daily social media content, ensuring all posts are accurate and aligned with brand standards, organizing digital assets, and supporting the marketing manager with operational tasks. The ideal candidate has a strong visual eye, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced creative environment. Key Responsibilities Social Media Planning & Quality Control (Primary Responsibility) Create and maintain a daily social media posting schedule for multiple brand accounts. Select the best tattoos, photos, and videos from available assets for feed posts (Monday–Saturday). Prepare captions, hashtags, and posting instructions for the team member responsible for publishing posts. Create a daily Instagram story schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Monday–Sunday) using available assets and recently posted content. Review and check all published posts to ensure they were posted correctly with the proper captions, tags, and assets. Identify and flag any errors in videos, photos, captions, or tags before or after posting. Maintain a high-quality and visually consistent feed across all social media accounts. Content & Asset Management Organize digital files for the marketing manager and video editors. Maintain structured folders for photos, videos, and social media assets . Gather tattoo photos and videos from artists across studios to maintain a strong content pipeline. Influencer & Collaboration Support Assist with influencer outreach and management , including tracking collaboration requests. Monitor and organize collaboration inquiries from artists, brands, and clients. Help coordinate influencer campaigns and content requirements. Administrative & Team Coordination Follow up on team invoices and ensure they are submitted on time. Check and follow up with team members regarding weekly timesheet submissions . Assist the marketing manager in coordinating tasks between editors and the social media team. Creative & Marketing Support Assist in researching and developing new content ideas and marketing concepts for social media. Support the marketing manager in brainstorming creative concepts, campaigns, and social media initiatives. Help ensure the overall visual quality and creative direction of social media accounts remain strong. Skills & Qualifications Strong interest in social media, marketing, and creative industries . Excellent visual judgment and ability to identify high-quality photos and videos. Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in social media content. Highly organized and able to manage multiple schedules and accounts. Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and social media content formats . Strong communication and follow-up skills.
