Job Description

Key Responsibilities • Build automations that eliminate manual work across ops, HR, sales, and reporting (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n, native API integrations). • Design AI workflows using LLMs and AI tools to draft content, summarize data, classify records, and assist agents. • Integrate systems — connect HubSpot/CRMs, dialers (Ytel/Five9), Notion, Google Workspace, and other tools via APIs and webhooks. • Automate reporting — build dashboards and automated data pipelines that pull, clean, and present performance metrics. • Document & maintain — create clear SOPs for every automation, monitor for failures, and iterate based on feedback. • Partner with stakeholders — work with Operations, HR, and campaign leads to identify high-impact automation opportunities. • Govern & secure — ensure automations handle data responsibly and follow internal compliance and access standards. Required Qualifications: • 2+ years building automations / integrations in a business or BPO environment. • Hands-on experience with automation platforms ( Zapier, Make/Integromat, n8n , or similar). • Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and JSON ; comfortable reading API docs. • Practical experience applying AI/LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to real workflows, including prompt design. • Strong process-mapping and documentation skills. • Excellent written and verbal English communication. • Reliable remote work setup (stable internet, capable computer). Nice to Have: • Experience with HubSpot, dialers (Ytel/Five9), or Notion automations/databases. • Familiarity with data tools (SQL, spreadsheets, BI/reporting). • Background in BPO, sales, or operations.
