This role requires 2-3 years of hands-on experience in outbound calling, sales, appointment setting , and appointment confirmation . If you thrive in a high-pressure environment , handle high call volumes with ease, and are confident in convincing people over the phone, we want to hear from you. - Starting Salary: 25,000 (Full time) - Experience: Cold Calling, Appointment Setting, Beauty/Spa Clients - 2 years (Preferred) - Language: English (Required) Responsibilities - Handle incoming and outgoing calls. - Efficiently schedule appointments and fill calendar gaps to ensure a fully booked and well-structured day. - Follow up with clients and send reminders for appointments - Use scheduling software to manage and maintain a clean, efficient calendar. - Solve problems proactively and independently, thinking outside the box to get things done. - Operate under high-pressure while maintaining professionalism and top-tier performance.
