About The Role This is a full-time position that sits at the heart of our digital transformation initiatives, playing a crucial role in connecting critical business systems and ensuring seamless data flow across our enterprise platform. As a ServiceNow Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations that enhance operational efficiency and drive business value. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex technical challenges whilst contributing directly to the success of our organization. What you'll be doing Design and develop ServiceNow integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware tools to connect disparate systems and applications Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management to support integration requirements Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions Implement data mapping, transformation, and validation logic to ensure data integrity across integrated systems Develop and maintain integration documentation, including system design documents, technical specifications, and runbooks Perform testing and troubleshooting of integrations, identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal system performance Monitor integration workflows and system logs to proactively identify and resolve problems before they impact business operations Support production deployments and provide technical assistance to resolve integration-related incidents Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates and best practices, recommending enhancements to existing integrations Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate team technical capabilities What we're looking for Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in ServiceNow development and integration Strong proficiency in ServiceNow integration tools including MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar iPaaS platforms Expert knowledge of ServiceNow API frameworks, REST/SOAP web services, and integration patterns Solid understanding of JavaScript, Java, or Python for scripting and customisation tasks Experience with relational and non-relational databases, and data synchronisation concepts Proven ability to work with complex enterprise systems and manage data across multiple platforms Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified System Administrator are highly desirable Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and collaborative tools Pay: Php70,000\.00 - Php85,000\.00 per month Work Location: Remote
