Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Schedule Night shift (9:00 PM – 5:00 AM EST) Location: Remote We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, full-cycle Recruitment Specialist (Remote) to join our team. In this role, you will handle full-cycle recruitment and scheduling interviews for high-priority security guard positions at our Brooklyn, NY operations. If you have proven experience recruiting within the US market, excel at keeping candidate pipelines organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruiting: Screen, interview, and evaluate high-quality security guard candidates to ensure they meet all job requirements, state/city licensing, and client criteria. Tracking & Organization: Keep candidate data, interview records, and shift rosters meticulously updated in our database or your own recruitment tracker. Onboarding: Walk candidates through the hiring process from initial phone screen to their first day on site. Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for guards regarding shift confirmations, attendance, and basic schedule updates. Requirements & Qualifications US Recruiting Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience recruiting for US-based companies (high-volume, hourly worker, or security guard recruitment preferred). Strong Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to track candidate pipelines and manage rotating employee schedules and creating their own recruitment tracker. Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for phone interviews and team updates. Reliability: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently during night hours. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using ATS platforms (Manatal, Workable, Greenhouse, etc), spreadsheet software (Excel/Google Sheets), Google Forms, and standard communication tools. Work Environment & Hours Hours: 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM (EST, US Hours) Location: 100% Remote (Must have a quiet home office setup with reliable high-speed internet and a computer/headset).
