About Extension eCom We're a fast-growing full-service Amazon agency led by an ex-Amazon employee that supports Amazon businesses' growth through PPC advertising, SEO, Catalog Support, Reporting, Strategy, & more. Position Summary The Opportunity: We're building our Philippine-based sales team and looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to generate qualified opportunities through high-volume outbound calling. This role is critical to our growth strategy - you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, setting the stage for our closing team to deliver value. This is a high-activity, high-impact role where your ability to connect, qualify, and schedule will directly influence company revenue. Core Responsibilities: Book meetings through warm outreach by calling and emailing leads who have opted in via Meta or engaged with cold email campaigns Book meetings through cold outreach by contacting businesses actively selling on Amazon Conduct 50–60 outbound calls per day to drive consistent pipeline generation Create and send personalized Loom video outreach , including preparation, recording, and tailored messaging for each prospect Execute multi-touch follow-ups , including email outreach paired with timely call follow-ups Qualify leads and identify brands that align with the ideal client profile Schedule qualified audit calls for Account Executives Maintain accurate activity tracking and detailed lead notes in HubSpot Follow proven scripts and qualification frameworks while adapting to each prospect’s needs Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets How You'll Be Measured: Speed to Lead - How quickly you follow up with warm inbound leads Daily Activity -Call and email volume hit consistently, every day Booked Meetings - Qualified audit appointments scheduled for the closing team Qualifications Prior experience in B2B cold outreach and appointment setting for an Amazon or eCommerce agency Familiarity with HubSpot and/or Ring.io Understanding of Amazon marketplace or digital marketing concepts Nice-to-have: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity and appointment-setting KPIs Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Comfortable with rejection and able to maintain energy throughout the day Self-motivated with strong work ethic and accountability Reliable internet connection and home office setup Available during US business hours (EST timezone) This Role Is NOT For: People with only B2C sales experience People with only warm/inbound outreach experience - you need to be able to cold call and cold email People looking for a role they can coast in The Pay: Base: $1,000 USD Performance Bonus: $20 per qualified meeting set Pay: Php58,000.00 per month Benefits Additional leave Opportunities for promotion Pay raise Work from home Work Location: Remote
