Job Description SERVICENOW BUSINESS PROCESS CONSULTANT Level: Junior to Mid-Level Work Setup: Fully Remote Working Hours: UK Working Hours (Mid Shift) Employment Type: Full-Time Engagement: Minimum 3 months, with an option to hire About The Role We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to support the analysis, design, and improvement of business processes within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with ServiceNow from a business process and functional perspective, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions. This role is suitable for a Junior to Mid-Level professional who is comfortable collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders. Responsibilities Analyze and document business processes and requirements. Translate business requirements into ServiceNow functional solutions . Support the design, configuration, and enhancement of ServiceNow workflows and processes. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities for process improvement. Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, architects, and other technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and properly implemented. Assist in requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, and functional documentation. Support testing, validation, and user acceptance activities. Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements using ServiceNow capabilities. Participate in project meetings and provide functional and business process support throughout the implementation. Ensure alignment of ServiceNow processes with business objectives and operational requirements. Required Qualifications & Skills Junior to Mid-Level experience in ServiceNow business process consulting, functional consulting, business analysis, or a related role. Working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its core capabilities. Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement. Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional requirements and ServiceNow solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of workflows, process mapping, and functional documentation. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams. Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment. Willingness and availability to work full-time UK working hours.
