Selorica is a growing e-commerce company based in the Philippines, proudly representing Mr.Bean (specialty coffee) and Baby to Love (trusted baby products). We sell across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and Shopify and looking for a Full-Time Accountant to manage our daily financial operations and keep a profitable compliant e-commerce business. What You’ll Do: Handle general bookkeeping and other finance-related tasks Process payroll and ensure accurate, timely computation of SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports Ensure timely BIR filings and compliance with Philippine tax regulations Manage QuickBooks Online and keep financial records accurate and up to date Record purchase orders from Amazon Business UK into the accounting system Prepare SKU-level profit and loss (P&L) reports with cost and margin insights Track inventory and calculate cost of goods sold (COGS) across multiple SKUs Reconcile sales, fees, and payouts from Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify against internal records Who We’re Looking For: At least 2 years of accounting experience with solid bookkeeping fundamentals Ability to reconcile multi-platform sales, fees, and payouts accurately Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic financial modeling) Working knowledge of statutory compliance — BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG Nice to Have: Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify seller platforms Exposure to multi-SKU P&L, inventory as asset, and COGS tracking Experience with Amazon Business or international procurement/sourcing workflows Benefits Government-mandated remittances WFH Set-up HMO Coverage Company-provided work equipment Allowances (discussed upon hiring) Pay: From Php27,000.00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work from home Application Question(s): Scenario Question: As an auditor reviewing someone else's bank reconciliation, what would make you trust it or doubt it?
