Ideal Candidate : - Education - PhD/Master's Degree in CS/EE/Math/AI/Stats from IIT/IISc/ISI/IIIT or similar premium institutes - Experience - 8–20 years total experience \| 4\+ years post-PhD/Master's Degree in AI R\&D or teaching Your key responsibilities include - Building novel solutions to the challenging problem faced by industry - Leading research projects and publishing in top-tier conferences - Collaboration with Responsible AI, Delivery leads, and Academia - Real-world application development in areas like digital assistants, healthcare agents, enterprise automation - Mentoring and building the next wave of AI talent. - A Ph.D. or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electronics and Communication, Data Science/AI, Mathematics and Statistics from premium institutes – IITs, IISc, IIIT and ISI - Overall experience 15-18 years and Relevant experience (post PhD) 5\+ years. - Deep expertise in reinforcement learning, autonomous agents, and multi-agent systems. - Strong understanding of LLMs and their integration into agentic workflows. - Experience with frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar. - Proven track record of innovation and publications.
