About The Role - We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the launch and growth of our upcoming software platform. - This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing technology company and play a key role in building our brand, generating leads, and driving customer acquisition from the ground up. - The ideal candidate has experience in SaaS or software marketing, enjoys building marketing systems, and understands how to create and execute campaigns that deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities - Go-to-Market Strategy - Develop and execute marketing plans for product launch and growth. - Identify target audiences and customer personas. - Help position the software effectively in the market. - Align marketing efforts with company goals. - Brand \& Content Marketing - Build brand awareness across digital channels. - Create clear messaging and value propositions. Oversee content creation, including: - Blog posts - Case studies - Landing pages - Videos - Social media content - Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials. - Digital Advertising - Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on: - Facebook \& Instagram - Google Ads - LinkedIn - TikTok - YouTube - Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI. - Lead Generation - Create and manage lead generation campaigns. - Build marketing funnels that convert visitors into leads and customers. - Improve conversion rates across the customer journey. - Email Marketing \& CRM - Manage email campaigns and marketing automation. - Maintain CRM systems and lead nurturing workflows. - Implement audience segmentation and personalization strategies. - Product Launch Support - Coordinate marketing activities related to product launches. - Develop launch campaigns, promotions, and onboarding initiatives. - Work closely with product and development teams. - Social Media Management - Manage social media strategy and content. - Grow audience engagement and brand visibility. - Stay up to date with industry trends. - Analytics \& Reporting - Track marketing performance and key metrics. - Create reports and dashboards for leadership. - Provide recommendations based on data and insights. - Collaboration - Work closely with product, sales, customer success, and leadership teams. - Support sales efforts with marketing campaigns and materials.
