We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound lead generation and pipeline growth for a fast-growing SaaS company. The ideal candidate is experienced in B2B sales outreach, appointment setting, and engaging decision-makers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound B2B prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Schedule qualified meetings and product demos for the sales team. Engage and qualify inbound and outbound leads. Conduct discovery conversations and communicate the company’s value proposition. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity tracking. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on lead generation campaigns. Nurture prospects throughout the sales pipeline. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in Sales Development, Appointment Setting, or B2B Lead Generation. Proven experience in SaaS, technology, or software-related industries is preferred. Strong experience handling high-volume outbound outreach. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Confident in speaking with business decision-makers and stakeholders. Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools. Highly motivated, organized, and target-driven.
