Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline. Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage. Experience in the planning, design, and engineering of roads, highways, bridges, or other transportation infrastructure projects. Knowledge of relevant engineering codes, standards, and design practices. Proficiency in engineering and design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MIDAS, STAAD, ETABS, or similar tools. Experience in detailed design, design review, engineering analysis, or preparation of technical reports and drawings is preferred. Familiarity with multidisciplinary project coordination and stakeholder engagement. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Willingness to support projects across various locations as required.
