About this job The Benefits Technology Support Specialist will perform a variety of administrative tasks within benefits administration (BenAdmin) systems for Employee Benefits. This role will work closely with US-based team members to support the set-up of BenAdmin processes and workflows. Accountable Process BenAdmin-related tasks Report generating and preparation Follow established guidelines to focus on details and complete tasks attentively and thoroughly. Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain accuracy. Ability to deliver quality and on time deliverables aligned with client expectations. Multitasks and maintains acceptable production. Team Player Perform all duties with a level of integrity and honesty that positively represents Patra Participates in quality and productivity reviews and provides feedback to management Ability to work independently May be required to work non-standard hours to align with US-based teams Detail-oriented with strong communication skills Other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements Previous U.S. commercial insurance knowledge Minimum of 2 years of insurance transaction processing experience with a minimum of 1 year of employee benefits technology experience. Ease or Employee Navigator is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook Working Conditions Work from home Physically able to work night shift Minimum internet speed of 6 mbps download and 3 mbps upload; Directly connected into modem; No satellite Benefits OF JOINING US Training is provided Equipment is provided HMO card after 30 days of employment (up to two eligible dependents) 13th month pay Life Insurance for both principal and dependents. Government mandated benefits Performance Bonus Differentials will be paid for night shift and Philippine holiday work time. Meal, utility and transportation allowance Philippine labor/overtime laws will be followed (if OT required) 12 days VL and 10 SL credits per annum Monday - Friday work schedule.
