Take your accounting career to the next level as an Accounting Services Specialist . Gain hands-on experience in end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, client management, and process improvement while working with a collaborative and learning-focused team. What You’ll Do Handle bookkeeping, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and other end-to-end accounting tasks. Review financial reports and ensure records are accurate, complete, and compliant. Manage multiple client accounts, respond to inquiries, and help resolve accounting concerns. Support internal audit activities and contribute to improving accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the quality of client service. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field . 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience ; experience in a multi-client or service-based environment is a plus. Solid experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets . Detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new systems, tools, and processes. Experience in internal audit, policy development, or process improvement is an advantage, but not required. Why Join Us?
