This role is responsible for supporting business development initiatives by generating leads, assisting in partnership execution, maintaining existing relationships, and ensuring proper coordination of internal processes and corporate safeguards. Key Responsibilities 1\. Lead Generation \& Pipeline Support Identify and generate new business leads (transport groups, malls, airports, tourism partners, corporate accounts) Assist in qualifying and tracking leads in the pipeline Conduct outreach and follow-ups to move opportunities forward 2\. Partnership Management \& Execution Support onboarding of new partners Maintain and manage existing partnerships to ensure ongoing activity Handle contract renewals and ensure continuity of agreements Monitor partner performance and flag issues proactively 3\. Contracts \& Documentation Assist in reviewing new contracts and MOAs before escalation Coordinate internal and external stakeholders for contract processing Track status of agreements, renewals, and required documentation 4\. Internal Coordination \& Corporate Safeguards Coordinate internal Xpress documentation, procedures, and requests Ensure all required approvals, documentation, and processes are completed accurately Support adherence to internal corporate safeguards and compliance requirements Flag any gaps or risks in documentation or process execution 5\. Field Work \& On-Ground Coordination Visit partner locations, transport hubs, and activation areas as instructed Represent Xpress in meetings and coordination activities Support launches, activations, and partner rollouts 6\. Communication Management Respond to partner emails, calls, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner Ensure no partner request is left unattended Act as a coordination point between partners and internal teams 7\. Market Intelligence Identify expansion opportunities and new locations Gather competitor insights (pricing, positioning, activity) Provide real-time field feedback to support strategy 8\. Internal Coordination \& Reporting Work closely with operations, marketing, and product teams Track action items and ensure completion Maintain organized records and submit weekly progress reports Candidate Requirements Must-Have: Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Highly organized and detail-oriented Proactive and able to take initiative Comfortable handling partner interactions (calls, emails, meetings) Willing to travel locally and work on-ground Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision Preferred: 1–3 years experience in business development, sales, or operations Experience in mobility, logistics, or startup environments is a plus Open to strong fresh graduates with relevant internship experience Success Metrics Number and quality of leads generated Speed and consistency of follow-ups Partner satisfaction and retention Timely contract processing and renewals Accuracy and completeness of internal documentation Compliance with internal procedures and safeguards Responsiveness to partner communications Work Environment Hybrid / Combination (Office \+ Field Work) Combination of office-based and field responsibilities; employees may divide time between office tasks and operational site visits depending on project or operational needs.
