Key Responsibilities • Payroll cycle management : Lead end-to-end payroll operations for ANZ, ensuring compliance and accuracy. • Financial operations : Lead/support accounts payable/receivable, month-end closing, and treasury activities. • Internal controls : Monitor and strengthen financial controls. • Reporting : Prepare and contribute to both local statutory and HQ reporting. Qualifications • Minimum 5-10 years of finance or accounting experience. • Full cycle payroll processing experience is essential. • Previous experience with ANZ payroll systems is preferred. • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, compliance standards, and internal controls. • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
