About The Role • We are seeking a reliable and proactive Workforce Scheduler & Admin Support professional to support an Australian disability services organisation. • This role combines workforce scheduling and administrative support, helping ensure smooth operations and reliable service delivery. • Work schedule: • Monday, Wednesday & Friday: Workforce scheduling and rostering • Tuesday & Thursday: Administrative support Key Responsibilities • Workforce Scheduling • Manage daily rosters and shift requirements using scheduling systems. • Fill vacancies caused by absences and cancellations. • Contact workers by phone and email to confirm shifts and resolve issues. • Plan ahead for upcoming roster needs. • Maintain accurate records and escalate risks or issues promptly. • Administrative Support • Assist with general administration across business functions. • Manage calls, emails, appointments and meeting coordination. • Complete data entry, tracking and reporting tasks. • Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders. About you • You will be organised, dependable and confident working in a fast-paced environment. • You will have: • Previous customer service, administration or client-facing experience. • Strong written and verbal English skills. • Confidence communicating by phone and email. • Excellent attention to detail and time management. • Ability to manage changing priorities and escalate issues early. • Reliable internet, quiet workspace and power backup. • Availability to work Australian business hours. Nice to have • Experience in disability, healthcare or community services. • Rostering or workforce scheduling experience. • Familiarity with scheduling platforms such as Brevity. • Experience supporting Australian businesses remotely.
