This role focuses on administrative assistance, communication support, and maintaining smooth internal workflows within an insurance business. You will be part of a fast-moving team supporting day-to-day operational tasks in the insurance space. Core Responsibilities Sales Support \& Lead Generation Make outbound calls to personal and commercial insurance leads Contact internet leads promptly and professionally Set qualified appointments for licensed agents to review insurance quotes Send follow-up emails to prospects with active quotes Maintain accurate CRM notes and activity tracking Cross sell existing book of clients with other products like home, auto, and life sales. Required Qualifications Experience in any of the following insurance industries: auto, home, business or life insurance Native or fully fluent Spanish speaker Strong English proficiency (C1 or C2 preferred) College degree (required) Prior international work experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work full-time in a structured remote environment Reliable internet connection and professional work setup Verified equipment suitable for remote work Ability to pass background and reference checks Preferred Experience Previous quoting and dealing with insurance clients.
