As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for engaging with our audience, answering messages, and creating compelling posts to enhance our online presence. Responsibilities Engage with our audience by promptly responding to messages, comments, and inquiries across all social media platforms. Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to engage with our audience. Create and schedule engaging content for our social media platforms, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and infographics. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies that align with our brand goals and objectives. Provide recommendations for improving our social media presence and engagement. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with our audience. Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with editing tools such as Canva Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. Creative thinker with a passion for social media and digital marketing. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Flexible schedule with availability to work remotely on evenings and weekends as needed.
