We help clients take raw, infill, and development land from concept through entitlement, design, and construction. As we launch our new Engineering & Feasibility Services division, we are building a dedicated remote team to support projects across Texas and the broader U.S. The Role We are seeking a seasoned Filipino Civil Engineer to join our team in a project management and hands-on civil design and drafting capacity. You will be responsible for driving land development projects from feasibility through construction while directly performing civil design, drafting, feasibility analysis, estimating, and technical coordination. You will coordinate with consultants and agencies, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure project deliverables remain on track. Direct experience with U.S. (ideally Texas) real estate and land development is essential. This is a full-time, fully remote role with working hours that overlap U.S. Central Time. Key Responsibilities Project Management Manage land development projects end-to-end — from feasibility and due diligence through entitlement, design, and construction support. Build and maintain project schedules, budgets, and task lists; track milestones, deliverables, and risks. Coordinate surveyors, engineers, geotechnical consultants, architects, municipalities, utility providers, and contractors. Drive the entitlement and permitting process, including platting, site plan approvals, and agency submittals. Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, plan review comments, and consultant deliverables through approval. Provide clear, regular status updates and reporting to ownership and stakeholders. Keep project documentation, files, drawings, calculations, and trackers organized and current. Coordinate project priorities and ensure design, technical, and administrative deliverables are completed on schedule. Civil Design & Drafting Perform and prepare site civil design, drafting, engineering calculations, and supporting reports for grading, drainage, stormwater, paving, roadways, and utility layouts. Prepare, revise, and review construction drawings, site plans, subdivision plats, and exhibits in AutoCAD / Civil 3D. Perform feasibility analysis, lot-yield studies, quantity takeoffs, and cost estimating. Review consultant design packages for completeness, constructability, accuracy, and code compliance. Coordinate design revisions and technical requirements with surveyors, engineers, consultants, contractors, and reviewing agencies. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (PRC licensure / registration a strong plus). 15–20 years of experience in civil/site engineering and/or land development project management. Direct experience with U.S. land development projects — Texas experience strongly preferred. Strong command of the U.S. land development process: due diligence, entitlements, platting, permitting, and construction. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D. Excellent written and verbal English communication. Strong organizational and coordination skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualification s Hands-on experience with Texas municipalities, counties, TCEQ, and MUD districts. Familiarity with stormwater management and drainage design (detention/retention, SWPPP). Experience with project management tools (Asana, MS Project) and Bluebeam Revu. Cost estimating and budgeting experience for site/land development. Proven track record coordinating directly with U.S.-based clients and agencies. Tools, Software, & Equipment AutoCAD / Civil 3D, Bluebeam Revu Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace Project management tools (Asana / MS Project or similar) Minimum required Computer/Peripherals specs: Intel i5 (or equivalent), 8GB RAM, 500GB SSD, Dual FHD monitors, noise-canceling headset, HD webcam Internet: Stable broadband (200 Mbps minimum download) with backup internet connection What We Offer $10.00 USD per hour, full-time (40 hours/week).
