Dotplan is the Philippines-based offshore professional services and support company within the AGC Interior group. Dotplan supports administration, HR, marketing, design, estimating, operations, and delivery support for Australian business operations. The team is built around clear processes, reliable execution, professional communication, and Australia-aligned working standards. About The Role We are looking for a mature, reliable, and detail-focused HR \& Admin Officer to help keep our people operations and internal administration organised, accurate, and running smoothly. This is not a junior admin assistant role. The role suits someone who enjoys growth, building structure, clear communication, and practical support work. You will support hiring, onboarding, staff records, attendance, payroll preparation, reporting, and general admin coordination. Key Responsibilities Support hiring, interviews, onboarding, and staff setup. Keep HR records, leave records, employment documents, admin files, and reports organised and up to date. Check attendance, timesheets, leave, and payroll records, and follow up missing or unclear information professionally. Support general admin tasks, supplier comparisons, document control, business research, and internal requests. Help keep company templates, SOPs, and admin processes updated. Prepare weekly HR/Admin updates and communicate clearly with staff and managers on key follow-ups, staff matters, and unresolved issues. Requirements 3–5 years’ experience in HR, admin, people operations, office support, or a similar coordination role. Good understanding of hiring coordination, onboarding, staff records, attendance, timesheets, leave, and payroll preparation. Good written and spoken English, with the ability to write clear updates, follow-up notes, and simple reports. Organised, detail-focused, and reliable with records, documents, follow-up, and confidential information. Able to work independently in a remote role and use online tools, shared folders, spreadsheets, and internal work systems. Practical, mature, and able to suggest simple improvements when processes are unclear or messy. What We Offer Salary of PHP 45,000 – PHP 55,000 per month, based on experience and capability. Full-time remote role with Australia-aligned working hours, including an early start and early finish in the Philippines. Long-term opportunity with growth potential as the company continues to grow.
