Mid-Level Front-End Web Developer (Remote - Philippines) Location : 100% Remote - Philippines Only Compensation USD $2,500 - $3,500 per month (based on experience and qualifications) Contract Type : Independent Contractor About The Opportunity We are seeking an energetic, highly collaborative Mid-Level Front-End Web Developer based in the Philippines to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities UI/UX Development Transform design mockups, wireframes, and product requirements into responsive, interactive, and user-friendly web interfaces. Ensure a seamless user experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Front-End Feature Development Build, maintain, and enhance front-end functionality across customer-facing websites and internal platforms. Develop scalable, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices. Performance \& Optimization Optimize applications for speed, scalability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. Identify and resolve front-end performance bottlenecks and usability issues. Collaboration \& Communication Actively participate in engineering stand-ups, team meetings, and cross-functional brainstorming sessions. Work closely with product, design, marketing, and engineering stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Contribute ideas and recommendations that improve both user experience and development processes. Code Quality \& Best Practices Write clean, well-structured, and thoroughly documented code. Participate in peer code reviews and maintain high development standards. Follow modern front-end development methodologies and coding conventions. Experience Required Qualifications 3-5\+ years of professional front-end web development experience. Technical Skills Strong proficiency in: + HTML5 + CSS3 + JavaScript (ES6\+) Experience with at least one modern front-end framework: + React + Vue.js + Angular Experience building responsive and mobile-friendly web applications. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Communication \& Personality Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. Comfortable participating in video meetings and collaborative discussions. Energetic, personable, and confident working within a highly interactive remote team environment. Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude toward collaboration. Problem Solving Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities. Demonstrated experience diagnosing and resolving complex UI/UX and front-end issues.
