About Us OAX Media LLC is a full-service media and marketing agency based in Denver, Colorado. We produce high-quality content for home services and real estate clients including short-form video, photography, and branded visuals. We Are Growing The OAX Media team is expanding and we are building out our roster of freelance creatives. We are not looking for one person — we are looking for multiple talented individuals to bring on and work with on an ongoing, per-project basis. Content You Will Be Working On Home services — high energy, speed ramps, dynamic cuts optimized for social media Real estate — drone footage, calm pacing, interview-style cuts, smooth transitions To Be a Top Applicant You Should Have 4 or More of the Following Skills Video editing (Reels, TikToks, short-form and long-form) Original graphic design HDR photo editing Motion graphics and animation Color grading (S-Log2, S-Log3 experience strongly preferred) Social media content formatting (vertical 9:16 and horizontal 16:9\) Audio cleanup and sound design Technical Requirements Adobe Premiere Pro (required) After Effects, Lightroom, or Photoshop (preferred) S-Log / flat profile footage handling and LUT application Noise and grain reduction on high-ISO and low-light footage Clean exports — H.264, vertical 9:16 and horizontal 16:9, no compression artifacts Ability to generate or source B-roll using AI tools What We Are Looking For Creative and innovative — someone who can take a project brief and run with it without needing constant direction Self-sufficient — once you have the brief, you own it from start to finish Strong pacing instincts — knows when to cut fast and when to hold 48-72 hour turnaround per project Communicates proactively, flags issues early, does not go quiet Low-maintenance to work with — we provide clear briefs, we need clean delivery Compensation $120 to $360 per project depending on experience and skill set Higher rates available for complex projects Rate increases as project volume and client base grow Paid per deliverable, not hourly This is a 1099 independent contractor position with real potential to convert to W2 as the company grows Hiring Timeline We are actively looking to bring people on within the next 2 weeks.
