THE ROLE You will work as a dedicated Senior HVAC Estimator, embedded with a commercial and residential HVAC contracting business operating across Australia. Your core function is to carry a meaningful share of the tender workload — preparing ductwork and pipework take-offs, producing quantity and equipment schedules, and delivering complete, accurate tender submissions from start to finish. This is a high-output, high-trust position where your ability to work independently through complex documentation directly supports the company's growth pipeline. What You Will Do Prepare accurate ductwork and pipework take-offs directly from mechanical services drawings across commercial, high-rise residential, and light industrial projects. Produce detailed quantity schedules and equipment schedules for HVAC tenders ranging in value from $50,000 to $5 million. Interpret complex tender documentation independently and prepare complete, submission-ready tenders without hand-holding. Increase the volume of tenders the business can submit each week, contributing directly to the company's commercial growth strategy. Liaise consistently with the Australian-based team throughout the estimating and tender process, maintaining clear communication across time zones. Work across a diverse project mix spanning commercial builds, high-rise residential developments, and light industrial facilities. WHAT YOU BRING Operational proficiency in Bluebeam Revu as the primary estimating tool, or demonstrated depth in PlanSwift or Groundplan as a directly accepted alternative — alongside familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit for drawing interpretation. A minimum of 6 years of dedicated HVAC estimating experience, with 10 or more years strongly preferred to reflect genuine senior-tier capability. Demonstrated experience estimating Australian HVAC projects, with a strong working knowledge of both air-cooled and water-cooled systems. Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency applied to documentation, scheduling, and tender preparation — not just basic spreadsheet use. The ability to work full-time across Australian business hours from a dedicated, quiet home workspace in the Philippines. WORK ARRANGEMENT This is a full work-from-home role. You will work from your own home office, based in the Philippines, aligned to Australian business hours.
