Job Title: GoHighLevel Virtual Assistant (GHL VA) Job Type: Full-Time Rate: $5.00 USD per hour Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy GoHighLevel Virtual Assistant (GHL VA) to manage, maintain, and optimize our GoHighLevel CRM. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with GHL, including CRM management, workflow automations, funnels, calendars, and client communication. You will play a key role in streamlining operations, improving lead management, and supporting marketing and sales processes. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain GoHighLevel CRM, pipelines, and contact records. Build, test, and optimize workflows and automations. Create and manage email, SMS, and follow-up campaigns. Build and update landing pages, funnels, forms, and surveys. Set up calendars, appointment booking systems, and reminders. Import, organize, and clean CRM data. Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot issues. Manage client onboarding and account setup. Integrate GoHighLevel with third-party applications (e.g., Zapier, Make, Google Workspace). Generate reports and provide updates on lead and campaign performance. Perform general administrative and virtual assistant tasks as needed. Qualifications At least 1 year of hands-on experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) . Strong understanding of CRM management, pipelines, and lead nurturing. Experience creating workflows, automations, funnels, and landing pages. Familiarity with email and SMS marketing campaigns. Experience with third-party integrations (Zapier, Make, APIs) is an advantage. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup. Preferred Skills Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or lead generation. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS. Familiarity with Canva or other graphic design tools. Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve workflows. Compensation Rate: $5.00 USD per hour Remote work Opportunity for long-term growth based on performance.
