Position Title: ISP Technical Support Specialist Company: Williams Corporation Location: Cebu, Philippines Department: IT / Internet Operations Position Type: Independent Contractor (Full time), Onsite Compensation: 60,000 PHP/month ✍🏼 Note: This is an urgent hire. Applicants must be based in Cebu City and able to commute to Cebu Business Park. 📌 This is a full-time, onsite role. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not offered and will not be considered at any stage of the interview process. Williams Corporation is hiring a skilled and experienced ISP Technical Support Specialist to support our internet service operations, focusing on troubleshooting, connection setup, and keeping client services running smoothly. What you’ll do: Set up and manage internet connections through our internal order system Ensure all services are properly configured and working at the modem/router level Troubleshoot connectivity issues remotely using internal tools and systems Monitor connection status and resolve issues proactively Generate and maintain reports for all active connections and service performance Communicate with clients via phone and email for troubleshooting and support Answer all Williams Internet-related queries clearly and efficiently Escalate complex technical issues when required and follow through to resolution What we’re looking for: 2\+ years experience in IT support, network support, or ISP-related roles Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, DNS, routers, modems, basic firewalls) Experience with remote troubleshooting tools and ticketing systems Comfortable working with routers, modems, and basic network configurations Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues quickly High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple connections/tasks at once Clear and confident communication in English (written and verbal) Proficient with Google Workspace and standard reporting tools Self-sufficient, responsive, and able to work without constant supervision Nice to have (but not required): Experience working with an ISP or telecom provider Familiarity with network monitoring systems Basic knowledge of VLANs, PPPoE, or bandwidth management Experience handling customer support in a technical environment How to Apply: Send your CV and a short cover note explaining why you’re a good fit to rivka.israel@williamscorporation.com
