Transform ideas, meeting insights, and recorded content into engaging posts and short videos that strengthen thought leadership and audience engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for an independent content professional who can turn limited direction into polished, relevant content. What You'll Do: Manage the LinkedIn presence of the company’s revenue leader, with the potential to support additional sales team members over time. Turn provided ideas, talking points, and instructions into polished LinkedIn posts. Review sales calls and meeting recordings to locate specific moments identified for potential content. Edit selected recording clips into concise, LinkedIn-ready videos. Publish approved posts, videos, and other content consistently. Comment on relevant posts, react to content, and support ongoing LinkedIn engagement. Use tools such as ChatGPT to draft, refine, and repurpose content. Maintain an organized content workflow and complete assignments without constant oversight. Who You'll Work With: Work closely with the company’s revenue leader to build and maintain a consistent professional presence on LinkedIn. As the role expands, you may also collaborate with sales representatives, internal leaders, and an executive assistant while supporting the organization’s broader content and engagement efforts. Who We're Looking For: Strong Writer: Able to convert rough ideas and talking points into clear, engaging, professional LinkedIn content. LinkedIn Experience: Familiar with publishing posts, managing profiles, commenting, reacting, and building engagement on LinkedIn. Content Judgment: Capable of identifying useful insights and turning them into relevant thought-leadership content. Independent: Comfortable working from limited direction and moving assignments forward without highly detailed instructions. Video Editing: Able to extract short clips from longer recordings and prepare them for social media use. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using ChatGPT and related content tools to improve efficiency and content quality. Organized: Able to manage multiple profiles, deadlines, recordings, and post ideas as the role expands. Adaptable: Willing to begin with one primary LinkedIn profile and eventually support additional members of the sales organization. Experience: Experience in LinkedIn content marketing is required.
