Job Description

Responsibilities • Conduct conversational warm outreach via Instagram DMs. • Engage prospects to drive interest and build rapport. • Qualify inbound leads by asking relevant pre-screening questions. • Book qualified appointments directly into the client’s calendar. • Respond to social media inquiries in a timely, brand-aligned manner. • Maintain a natural, non-scripted communication style. • Track and report on daily outreach activity and booking metrics. • Collaborate with the client to refine messaging and conversational strategy. • Admin assistance for the founder Requirements • Excellent written English with a natural, conversational tone. • Prior experience in appointment setting or social media outreach. • High emotional intelligence in written communication. • Ability to think creatively and adapt tone without a rigid script. • Strong organizational skills to manage outreach volume independently. • Bonus if you have experience working with coaching or personal brands. • It helps if you are familiar with Instagram's messaging features and etiquette. • Independent Contractor Perks • Permanent work from home • Immediate hiring • Please click the "Apply" button to complete your application, including the assessment questions, technical check, and voice recording.
