Key Responsibilities Pipeline and scouting Build and work your own Alliance pipeline every day (SMS, email, ads, referrals). Qualify fast: existing janitorial business or real subcontracting experience required. Book and run screening calls; keep a full bench ahead of open buildings. Vetting and selection Interview and vet fit, reliability, capacity, and service area. Check references and work history; screen out people who will not verify. Match the right Alliance to the right building; do not push hesitant partners into a contract. Present the building clearly: scope, schedule, expectations, and pay. Contract and placement Negotiate rates with independent Alliances within our rules. Secure a signed contract before deployment. Keep Atlas and placement records accurate (candidate → contract → building). Setup and building changeover Coordinate walkthroughs with the Alliance, ambassador/supervisor, and Ops as needed. Complete setup steps after signature: ambassador, access, first-clean plan, reminders, and first-clean follow-up. Run the 30-day check-in and hand a clean file to Alliance Support. Make sure buildings are fully staffed before service start dates. Partner with Operations on changeovers and urgent fills. Recruit supervisors when a new account needs them. Maintain a relief/emergency coverage network. Qualifications Real experience in recruiting, staffing, or high-volume hiring (field/contractor hiring strongly preferred). Strong phone skills, negotiation, and clear writing. Organized, calm with urgent fills, solid judgment on people. Comfortable in CRM + common recruiting tools. Able to own a full desk: scout → place → set up → hand off. Nice to have Placed cleaners, janitorial subs, or other field contractors. Bilingual if useful for your market. Used scheduling/compliance tools before. Success looks like Open buildings filled before start date. Signed contracts that stay active past 30 days. Setup checklist done with no fuzzy handoffs. A living bench for relief and emergencies. Clean Atlas records Ops and Support can trust.
