Job Requirements & Responsibilities: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Define project milestones, deliverables, and critical path, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project objectives. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and able to prepare and maintain project schedules Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimates, expenditures, and financial reporting. Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Monitor and control project costs to prevent budget overruns. Lead and coordinate multiple project teams, including engineers, designers, and subcontractors. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence. Provide regular progress reports to clients and senior management. Review and verify drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project specifications before submission. Conduct quality checks to ensure designs are free from errors or inconsistencies. Ensure accurate and timely submission of project documentation and deliverables. Implement quality control procedures to verify that work meets the required specifications and standards. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
