We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper & Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage daily bookkeeping, e-commerce payment reconciliation, customer accounts, and collections. The ideal candidate has strong QuickBooks Online experience. Experience with Cin7 is a plus, but training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping & Accounting Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online. Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, invoices, and payments. Perform bank and financial account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Monitor Shopify and Amazon billing and payments, verify receipts, reconcile transactions, and post payments correctly. Manage Accounts Receivable and payment tracking. Review customer accounts and ensure balances are accurate. Assist with financial reports and other bookkeeping tasks. Collections & Accounts Receivable Monitor outstanding invoices and overdue customer accounts. Follow up with customers by phone and email regarding unpaid balances. Make professional collection calls and request payment. Answer billing questions and resolve payment discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer communications. Consistently follow up on outstanding accounts until resolved. Escalate long-overdue or difficult accounts when necessary. Software QuickBooks Online – Required Cin7 – Training provided Experience with Shopify and Amazon payment reconciliation is preferred. Qualifications Previous experience in bookkeeping, Accounts Receivable, and collections. Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online. Understanding of invoices, payments, reconciliations, and customer accounts. Experience handling customer collections and overdue payments. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Confident and professional when communicating with customers about payments. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Comfortable learning new software and following established processes. Reliable internet connection and suitable remote-work environment. Available to work consistently during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
