(Remote – Philippines) About The Role Satellite Teams is seeking a highly skilled and fast-paced Graphic Designer to support high-volume creative production for a US-based client. This role focuses on executing clean, on-brand design work under the direction of a Senior Designer. This is an execution-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, consistently delivers high-quality outputs, and maintains precision across a high volume of creative work. Key Responsibilities Produce e-commerce design assets including A\+ PDP content, web banners, and email/MMS graphics Create social media graphics and support short-form video editing Execute packaging-related design tasks such as labels, color charts, and layout production Perform high-quality photo editing, including beauty and color retouching for product and model images Resize, adapt, and version creative assets for various platforms and formats Execute creative direction provided by the Senior Designer while ensuring brand consistency Deliver output at high volume while maintaining quality and accuracy Communicate progress proactively across time zones Qualifications \& Tools 3\+ years of professional experience in graphic design Strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce and/or packaging design (required) Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Strong skills in photo editing, beauty retouching, and color correction Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign) Experience with short-form video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere, or similar) Strong written English communication skills Ability to work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines and high-volume expectations Reliable high-speed internet and a professional remote work setup Preferred Qualifications Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or consumer products industries Experience working with US-based teams or clients Work Schedule \& Setup Remote (Philippines-based) Monday to Friday, aligned with US Pacific Standard Time (PST) 9-hour workday including 1-hour break (8 working hours/day, 40 hours/week)
