We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Skilling Administrator to join a growing UK-based technology company. This role plays a key part in supporting customer learning and development programmes by coordinating webinars, managing attendance and engagement reporting, distributing learning resources, and maintaining accurate records across multiple customer accounts. You will work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure learning programmes run smoothly and customers receive timely, accurate reporting and follow-up materials after every session. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys administration, coordination, reporting, process improvement, and working with modern Microsoft and AI-powered tools.
