Role Overview This role owns hands-on development across Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations, while ensuring platform performance, security, and long-term maintainability. Ideal for a developer who thrives on clean code, sprint delivery, and solving complex technical problems. Key Responsibilities Build, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and SOQL/SOSL Execute assigned development work within sprints, provide accurate estimates, and flag risks/blockers early Write clean, well-documented code; participate in peer code reviews and apply feedback from the Salesforce Technical Manager Develop, test, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems (REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, integration platforms) Optimize for governor limits, platform performance, security, and scalability Support remediation of technical debt, legacy code, and deprecated automation Diagnose and resolve escalated technical defects, partnering with the Technical Manager on architectural reviews Maintain technical documentation for custom development, integrations, and deployment dependencies Must-Have Qualifications: 2+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL) Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (PD II or App Builder preferred) Understanding of bulkification, query optimization, and large data volumes Solid communication and technical documentation skills Nice-to-Have: Experience integrating Salesforce with other third-party tools and platforms Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud Ready to bring your Salesforce expertise to a growing support team? https://drive.google.com/file/d/1oSl3LzJeIjelEXnzHzLvZ-MSwSv2PY9l/view or send your resume directly to ck@mymountainmover to get started.
